We recommend booking 7–10 days before your move to lock in your preferred delivery window. That said, we often accommodate last-minute requests — just reach out and we'll do our best.

Easy. Add extra totes to any package for $9 each on a standard 2-week rental. Mention it in your booking form and we'll include them in your delivery — no separate trip needed.

All packages include a standard 2-week (14-day) rental — enough for most moves. Need more time? Extend for $4.50 per tote per additional week. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup.

Nope. Just empty the totes and leave them out. We handle all cleaning and sanitization between every rental. Normal move-related grime? Totally expected — we've got it covered.

Yes — delivery and pickup are always included within our service area: Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Renton, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Shoreline, Burien, Kent, and Sammamish. Moving nearby? Get in touch and we'll let you know.

Much better than cardboard. Hard plastic totes won't soften, buckle, or fall apart if they get wet outside — a real advantage when you're loading in drizzly Seattle weather. That said, they're not airtight, so we wouldn't recommend storing anything moisture-sensitive loose inside without a bag.
